I made an account just to comment on this game. Of all the VNs i’ve played so far, this is the first one thats genuinely scared me, it’s so good I loved it so much! This is a hidden gem and it deserves more attention, it’s very “Midsommar” core, great movie

I felt angry toward Maverick, since he’s lovebombing/manipulating mc to make them trust him and stay for the festival; but I also can’t help but feel bad for him since he’s been taught to do this and he wants to save his people. The fact that he’d “rather it be him” than his brother, and makes the food for his mom is very sweet.
I would love to see an ending where you escape with him, maybe you bring him to his senses. I’m also VERY excited to see more content focusing on Candem, escaping with him would be just as amazing, and I hope to have romantic scenes with him too.
Either way, whatever other endings we get, i’ve loved it so far and I can’t wait to play the rest.
P.S THE DREAMS THAT MC HAVE ARE SO COOL TOOOO, i think they only happen when the heat lamp is off? and it’d be so cool if that knife form the store let us fight omg
BROOO the storytelling here is awesome!! I love all the lore, the characters' personalities are so well-written, the art is GORGEOUS, and it's genuinely challenging to play!! Not so much that you can't progress of course, but I got endings 2-4 before I got the route that continues!! Work at your own pace of course, don't stress yourself out, but please know that it's a lovely game and everyone would love an update!!

uhhh idk if it's just me but like I can't progress further past the point where mc and maverick basically walk back to the house and mc's nightmare... idk if I downloaded the wrong file but in every route after said nightmare would just say "check back later" and I know there must be (or used to) more based off Yinny's youtube video. I'm just hoping that it's updating and the story's being reworked 🙏🙏🙏
This game right here I honestly don't know what I was expecting going in but the dark twists, the tropes... I legit played it so many times over to make sure I have done every route I could possible do because the story telling in this game is beyond amazing. The slight on edge erie with happy go lucky people... I give this game a 10/10. My only suggestion is two things. One there is some grammar mistakes to go over but was not bad enough I couldn't continue and two a CG pic holder section so you can track the different routes. Other than that thank you to everyone that had a hand in this game because I was in special ah over this. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for this game.
I second the CG pics. Albums in a multi-route visual novel is so fun to look back towards every time you get another ending. It feels fulfilling and you can make sure to get every ending of the game.

I don’t normally comment on demos, but I really wanted to keep playing this one! The storyline is super interesting — it’s right up my alley. I’ll eat up anything that touches on religion and similar themes.
I also love the contrast between Maverick and Candem, and I feel like it would be so cool to see more plot twists unfold. I’m definitely keeping my eye on this one!
OMG, I’ve just finished Ending 3! To be honest, that scared the shit out of me! I mean, I saw the trigger warning, and it was even more thrilling than I thought, but I really loved it. You’re so good at creating a horror VN, and I can’t believe I get to play this demo for FREE! You’re so generous!

Hi! I just wanted to ask if there’s a way to access the full version of Sunlit Grove. I downloaded it from itch.io, and the game ended after the MC and Camden returned from the lake and went to the MC’s room. It also said to come back later, so I’m not sure if that’s the current end of the demo or if there’s an extended version available. I came across a video that seemed to show more content beyond that point. I’d really appreciate any clarification. Thank you so much!
There is more content than that. Try to pick different answers than you did previously. There are 2 (rather similar, but still) endings in the current version.
I'm loving the story! The plot feels like it's going to be awesome once we learn more. The demon/angel was super creepy too. I loved how each route revealed a different part of the mystery and story. Very creative! I can't wait to see how it progresses. Played all the endings at night, hope I can sleep. hehe <3 Also Maverick is very handsome. Love the art!
This game turned out SO much better than I expected. The writing is amazing really, but what's outstanding is the vibe and tone. There is some mystery and you know something is up, you're getting reminded of it very subtly and in natural moments. Honestly I can't wait for it to get finished.
